The bacteria diversity and structure in peatland forest in Indonesia.We investigated the bacterial community structure and diversity in different peat forest soils including natural peat swamp soil, disturbed peat soil and mineral soil in Central Kalimantan, Borneo, Indonesia by using 454 pyrosequencing technology to provide insight to the impacts of land-use of peat land on microbical communities.
