A collection of 50 Klebsiella strains, 25 carbapenems-resistant (CR-Kp) and 25 susceptible (CS-Kp), isolated in Sicily were characterized for antibiotic susceptibility and fully sequenced by next generation sequencing (NGS) for the in silico analysis.
