Gene expression and chromatin accessibility of iLSCs vs iBlasts cells

We identified two phenotypically and functionally distinct populations in AML-iPSC lines upon hematopoietic differentiation. A cell fraction with a hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) immunophenotype exhibiting adherent growth (iLSCs=samples A) and a fraction of more differentiated cells growing in suspension (iBlasts=samples S). We used RNA-seq and ATAC-seq analyses to identify molecular differences between the two populations. Overall design: Comparison of gene expression (RNA-seq) and chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq) in genetically clonal iLSCs vs iBlasts cells
