We identified two phenotypically and functionally distinct populations in AML-iPSC lines upon hematopoietic differentiation. A cell fraction with a hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) immunophenotype exhibiting adherent growth (iLSCs=samples A) and a fraction of more differentiated cells growing in suspension (iBlasts=samples S).
We used RNA-seq and ATAC-seq analyses to identify molecular differences between the two populations.
