The present study has been carried out using Illumina paired-end sequencing to identify the bacterial communities in five land-use types (Oil Palm Plantation, OPP; Bamboo Forest, BF; Rubber Plantation, RP; Fallow Land, FL and Natural Forest, NF) in Mizoram, Northeast India.
