In this study, in order to determine whether differential DNA methylation in et mutants affect gene expression, a RNA-Seq analysis of wild-type, et1-1, et2-3 and et1-1/et2-3 flower buds (12c-14) (in Col-0 background), was performed using three biological replicates.
