More...Genomic sequences of three bacterial endosymbionts of carrot psyllid Trioza apicalis were assembled through metagenomic approach. The psyllid sample was derived from a population in South Savo, Eastern Finland. The first genomic assembly is of the plant pathogen Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum, isolate FINH40 . The second, complete genome sequence is of Candidatus Carsonella ruddii, the primary endosymbiont of psyllids, isolate TA-H40-1, and the third genomic assembly is of gamma proteobacterium endosymbiont of Trioza apicalis, isolate TA-H40-2.
