Exploration of bacterial communities in aquaponic systems

The aim of this study was to explore the diversity of the bacteria communities present in 8 diversified aquaponic and aquaculture systems in order to better understand the roles of bacteria in such systems. Therefore the 16S rRNA genes of the different communities were sequenced.
