A total of 121 samples were collected from 22 patients and focused on the application of preimplantation genetic testing for structural rearrangements (PGT-SR) protocols on blastocyst culture medium (BCM) , trophectoderm (TE), and blastocyst-stage embryos (BE) specimens (121 samples, 41BCM, 39TE and 41 BE from 22 consenting couples who were referred to CRs); CR3 and CR10 failed to obtain sequencing results due to sample concentration problems
