Eucalyptus spp. transcriptome response to field water deficit

Eucalyptus transcriptome project to study response to field water deficit

Aim of the project is to compare transcriptome response of two genotypes of Eucalyptus hybrids submitted to two watering regimes (irrigation versus no-irrigation during the dry season in Congo). The two genotypes used are, E. urophylla X E.grandis and an open-pollinated hybrid of E. alba. cDNA obtained from reverse transcription of the extracted mRNA has been sequenced without normalization steps.
