We report the draft genome of Bacillus pumilus PAE4, a thermophilic plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) isolated from the costal ridge of Mediterranean in Egypt. Besides heat shock protein genes, several phytobeneficial genes were retrieved.
