This study describes time-course chromatin accessibility profiling of mouse embryonic bodies upon transient mWdr5 deletion with or without hWDR5 rescue Overall design: ATAC-seq profile of day 2, day 4 embryoid bodies in WT and transient Wdr5 deletion (with T12h or T48h resuce) groups, WT, transient Wdr5 deletion (with T12h or T48h resuce), P53 and Wdr5 double knockout (DKO) embryoid bodies (with T12h or T48h resuce) at embryoid bodies day 6 were preprared in 2 replicates (rep-1 ad rep-2).
