Overall design: U2OS cells transfected with a mis-match Control siRNA or ZNF598-specific siRNA were either left non-stimulated (ns) or were treated for 1h with 2ng/ml (final) IL-1 beta, transcriptomic changes were assessed by total RNASeq, biological duplicates of all conditions were measured
