Single-cell analysis of human kidney organoids (human)

See Genome Information for Homo sapiens
We have used single-cell transcriptomics to characterize gene expression in different cell populations, and to study individual cell dynamics and lineage trajectories in organoid cell differentiation Overall design: We have used DropSeq to perform single cell sequencing of 8 organoid samples that were harvested between 19-21 days.
