Genome Information for Listeria monocytogenes
Listeria monocytogenes causes food-borne outbreaks in the world. Next generation sequencing technique has become an important tool for genetic typing of isolates from food-borne listeria outbreak. The goal of the study is to accumulate sequence data of Listeria monocytogenes DNA.
