Genome Information for Streptococcus suis
Two strains of Streptococcus suis (sequence type:ST28) were isolated from two cases of a pig-farmer with infectious endocarditis or meningitis in Japan, and high-resolution molecular epidemiologic analysis was performed by whole genome sequencing using next-generation sequencing (NGS).
