More...In order to investigate eukaryotes in a BAC filter, BAC sample was collected in the direction of depth at Kanamachi drinking water treatment plant in Tokyo on 19th December 2016. BAC filtered water was also sampled at the same pond on 6th December 2016 and 17th January 2017. Furthermore, in order to compare different plants, BAC in backwashing water and BAC filtered water were sampled in Kanamachi (13rd October), Misato (22nd October), Asaka (10th November) and Higashimurayama (16th November) drinking water treatment plant in Tokyo in 2015.
