We report transcriptional and genome-wide DNA methylation analyses at single base resolution of 5-methyl-, 5-hydroxymethyl-, and 5-formyl/carboxy-cytosine during the differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells along the neural trajectory in normal and Alzheimer's disease.
