More...The need to develop sustainable and reliable data for discriminating sub species and resolving ambiguity in genetic structure pf aquatic resources necessitated the current study.COI and 16S partial genomic regions of the two specified organisms were sequenced and compared with reference genes. Phylogenetic clusters and SNP calling was carried out. The resolved novel sequences of the studied specimens are provided for metagenomic study and archiving.
