Robertkochia sp. CL23 is a Gram-negative halophilic bacterium. Strain CL23 was isolated from mangrove sediment, Tanjung Piai, Malaysia on marine agar 2216 (MA; Difco). The genome sequence of strain CL23 was sequenced.
