More...Here we have used SSH (Suppression Subtractive Hybridization) approach and generated heat stress responsive ESTs in Indian bread wheat cv. C306 by giving heat stress at 37°C. pGEM-T vector was used for cloning and sequenced using T7 primer. The generated data was vecsreen to remove vector and adaptor related sequences. 848 heat stress related ESTs were generated and submitted to database.
