2 additional projects are components of the Transmission of extracellular vesicle packaged lncRNA from TAMs to breast cancer cells.
We compared the lncRNA expression profile of MDMs and TAMs. TAMs were polarized by treating human monocytes-derived macrophages (MDMs) with the conditioned media of MDA-MB-231 cells.
Overall design: A six chip study using total RNA recovered from MDMs and TAMs from 3 donors.
