This dataset was used to obtain a reference transcriptome of F. ananassa, assembled and annotated from deep RNA-Seq data of fruits cultivated under osmotic stresses, namely, salinity and drought, in order to provide a comprehensive and accurate view of molecular studies in strawberry.
