To investigate whether dysfunction of PAK2 was involved in the pathology of neurodevelopmental disorders through regulating gene expressions, we compared the transcriptomes of the hippocampus and cortex between WT and Pak2+/− mice at postnatal day 2 by RNA sequencing.
