Novel transcripts in transcriptome of Triticum aestivum L. cv. Guizi 1

In order to explore the molecular mechanism of anthocyanin synthesis in purple wheat and the effect of stresses on the purple wheat, the transcriptomes were sequenced in different periods and under different stress treatments, compared with reference genomes, and some new transcripts were obtained.
