3 additional projects are components of the small RNAs, degradome and transcriptome sequencing in Populus × euramericana “Neva” leaves and roots in response to para-hydroxybenzoic acid.
In this study, we combined the analyses of the transcriptome, small RNAs (sRNAs), and the degradome in Populus × euramericana “Neva” leaves to identify key regulatory miRNA-targeted circuits under different para-hydroxybenzoic acid concentration treatments.
Overall design: Leaf-miRNA
