More...To gain insight into the molecular mechanism of summer diapause, high-throughput sequencing was utilized in pre-diapause, diapause, and post-diapausing G. daurica . A total of 82292 unigenes were assembled using the Illumina HiSeq2500 platform. Through pairwise comparisons, 3099 and 81 significantly regulated transcripts were identified between pre-and diapause and diapause and post-diapause insects.
