Genotyping-by-sequencing of three species groups of North American Warblers, for purpose of studying genomic variation across hybrid zones and comparing patterns of genomic differentiation in related cases of speciation. The species studied include MacGillivray’s / mourning warblers (Geothlypis tolmiei / G. philadelphia);Townsend’s / black-throated green warblers (Setophaga townsendi / S. virens); and Audubon’s / myrtle warblers (as well as black-fronted warblers (S. [coronata] nigrifrons) and Goldman’s warblers (S. [coronata] goldmani).
