Genome Information for Euglena longa
We performed this transcriptome sequencing of the non-photosynthetic species Euglena longa and compared it with publicly available transcriptomes of Euglena gracilis and two Eutreptiella spp. to shed more light on the molecular biology of the euglenophyte plastid.
