Isolation and characterization of hESC-derived heart field-specific cardiomyocytes unravels new insights into their transcriptional and electrophysiological profiles (human)

See Genome Information for Homo sapiens
We prospectively isolate and characterize first and second heart field- and nodal-like cardiomyocytes using a double reporter line from human embryonic stem cells Overall design: We performed RNA sequencing of hESC derived CMs at various timepoints, and scRNA seq on Day 20 hESC derived CMs and human fetal heart at 10 weeks of gestation.
