Vibrio cholerae 2076-79

Vibrio cholerae 2076-79 genome sequencing project

Vibrio cholerae 2076-79. Vibrio cholerae 2076-79 is a non-O1 serotype. This strain was isolated from a patient with diarrhea, however in subsequent studies, did not cause diarrhea in healthy volunteers. This strain will be used for comparative analysis with other Vibrio cholerae strains.
