Genome Information for Nicotiana tabacum
In this project, the transcript abundance levels of 13 NtabCAMTA genes were determined in different plant parts (seed, calli, root, stem, leaf and flower), against abiotic stress (drought, cold and cadmium), and biotic stress (CMV, PVY and P. nicotianae) via high throughput RNA sequencing.
