This library was constructed by filtering the Ultraback A drift Iron Mountain biofilm through a 450 nm filter to enrich for ultra-small Archaea, called ARMAN. 60 Mbs of that filtrate was then Sanger sequenced and near complete genomes of two of the ARMAN groups were obtained with coverage up to 15X.
