Komagataella pastoris DSMZ 70382

WGS sequencing and assembly

See Genome Information for Komagataella pastoris
The Institute for Applied Microbiology, University of Natural Ressources and Applied Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria sequenced the Pichia pastoris strain DSMZ 70382 (CBS704) genome at 22X coverage (Roche GS FLX technology) and at 60X coverage (Illumina GA technology) using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They manually curated more then 5,000 ORFs.
