We utilized a combination of methods based on direct detection and molecular methods during a year-long cycle in a coastal ecosystem of Qinhuangdao coastal area of Bohai Sea to investigate distribution and diversity of planktonic fungi under different environmental conditions (biological factors, geochemical factors and chemical factors), different time and space in order to find its inherent law.
