The genomic data for the study of heterosis in rice

We generate, sequence and phenotype totally 10,074 F2 lines from 17 representative elite hybrid rice.

The genomic DNA was extracted from the fresh leaf tissue of each F2 plant. The sequencing library was constructed with an insert size of 200-400 bp using TruePrep Tagment Enzyme.
