Genome Information for Ctenopharyngodon idella
As one of the most important cyprinidae fishes, using high throughput sequencing for miRNAs (small non-coding RNAs) in our study, results will add new information to existing data on fish miRNAs and should be useful for investigating the biological functions of miRNAs and future molecular breeding in fishes and other aquatic species.
