The goals of this study are to obtain the differential genes in nse1-1 and nse3-1 contrast to wild-type in Arabidopsis, and provide the evidences that the effects on DNA repair pathway, cell cycle regulation and organogenesis caused by the mutations of AtNSE1 and AtNSE3.
