In order to identify the structural succession of soil archaea community during long-term cotton continuous cropping and its relationship with continuous cropping obstacles in Xinjiang area, this experiment used high-throughput sequencing for the comparative analysis of the composition of soil archaea community structure of cotton root zone in this area, under the conditions of different years of cotton continuous cropping within 30 years and crop rotation.
