Microarrays were used to capture the differential transcriptional response to acute GDF11 stimulation compared to acute TGFB1 stimulation
Overall design: NMuMG 3D spheroids were stimulated with 250 ng/mL GDF11, 50 ng/mL TGFB1, or serum-free media and evaluated at four hours after stimulation in biological quadruplicate.
