The objective of this study was to identify transcriptional changes differentially regulated by GDF11 stimulation compared to TGFB1
Microarrays were used to capture the differential transcriptional response to acute GDF11 stimulation compared to acute TGFB1 stimulation
Overall design: NMuMG 3D spheroids were stimulated with 250 ng/mL GDF11, 50 ng/mL TGFB1, or serum-free media and evaluated at four hours after stimulation in biological quadruplicate.
