More...In order to understand the immune responses of R. dybowskii exposure to A. hydrophila stress, Illumina high-throughput transcriptome sequencing and digital gene expression (DGE) technology was employed to investigate the transcriptome changes in the skin of R. dybowskii under A. hydrophila stress. A total of 26,244,446 transcriptome sequencing reads were obtained, which were eventually assembled into 109,089 unique unigenes using de novo assembly.
