CDC07-0191 was implicated in a 2006-7 multi-state outbreak associated with peanut butter. Cases of salmonellosis involving Salmonella enterica serovar Tennessee (6,7,z29:-), are relatively uncommon, although they appear to be more frequently involved in urinary tract infections than other Salmonella types.
