More...Our study investigated the bacterial assemblages co-occurring with the toxic/benthic dinoflagellate O. cf. ovata and from ambient seawaters during the early and peak phases of bloom development in NW Adriatic Sea. This study is the first one assessing the phylogenetic diversity of bacterial assemblages associated with HABs by analysis of pyrosequencing-derived data sets.
