More...The objectives of this study are to get a better glimpse of the location of genetic diversity in the tef genome, the partitioning of the genetic diversity in tef populations, the genomic regions that best explain the observed phenotypic variation in tef populations, the structure of the genetic diversity across the tef growing regions. Moreover, it aims to provide a genome-scale sequence evidence to the phylogenetic relationship between tef and wild species in the genus Eragrostis.
