In this study we analysed the shoot transcriptome of hydrated, dehydrating (60 %, 40 %), desiccated (< 10 %) and rehydrated (48 hrs post-watering) to dissect the molecular mechanisms driving desiccation tolerance in the Australian resurrection plant, Tripogon loliiformis.
