Genome Information for Lotus japonicus
Many genes specifically activated during arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis. To detect genes related in AM development, we incrementally isolated total RNA of non-infected plant roots were grown for 27 days after transplanting. Transcriptome of these roots was compared with that of AM roots.
