Genome Information for Gossypium hirsutum
In this present study, the next generation sequencing approach was applied to create a more complete survey of transcriptome dynamics during cotton genic male sterile process in genic male sterile mutuant Yu98-8A, and the data presented here will serve as a foundational resource for future studies addressing fundamental molecular and developmental mechanisms from pollen mother cell formation to meiosis stages during cotton male sterile development.
