Genome Information for Arachis hypogaea
To develop a whole plant transcriptome of cultivated peanut cultivars. We have sequenced and assembled the transcriptomes of two distinct peanut genotypes namely NM Valencia-C (Valencia market type) and C76-16 (Runner market type).
