Archaeal diversities was investigated by Illumina MiSeq sequencing analyisis of 7 samples from a gravity sediment core DH-CL11 located in the “Jiulong Methane Reef” cold seep area in the South China Sea, in order to reveal the Archaeal communities variation with depths.
