Sciurinae

The phylogeography of endemic Sulawesi squirrels generated from high throughput sequencing of museum specimens

This study is the first ever phylogeny of the endemic squirrels of Sulawesi. Here we used museum specimens for HTS of mitogenomes and ultraconserved elements for phylogenetic inference.
