Genotyping by sequencing (GBS) was used to genotype 93 progenies of an intra-specific mapping population (Cicer arietinum SBD377 X Cicer arietinum BGD112) in chickpea, contrasting in seed weight and seed number. SNPs identified in the study were used to generate a high density linkage map of chickpea.
